This is a private visit, so you will have an exclusive visit to the real workspace of the artisans. You can only access this experience on Bottlecap! "Package A - Preorder:" place an order in advance to be picked up during your private visit. "Package B - Design Session:" visit their workshop to have a custom fitting and choose your desired style and model to be handmade just for you and shipped to you when completed. Plan for a 1-3 hour visit depending on whether a fitting or adjustments are needed. French language support only available on Thursday and Friday appointments. Please notify us if you are hoping for French language interpretation. You may also bring your own language interpreter at no additional cost. LIMITED PRODUCTION OFFER: Sanax has released a Gold color version of the Moco 4501 available. They will only produce 100 pairs, and they can be reserved for a limited time as part of a "Preorder" style visit request. You must select the "Limited: Gold" option on the reservation request menu.

Additional Terms and Limitations
This experience requires at least one slipper purchase. The number of Participants you select should indicate the number of PURCHASERS (pairs of slippers), not the total number of people in your group. A maximum of four (4) people may visit at one time. Your reservation request should be made for the number of PURCHASERS only, and then please indicate your total group size (purchasers and non-purchasing guests) in the notes. Displayed pricing reflects pricing for one (1) pair of their "4501" base model slippers per person, in standard color options (see photo), and a one to three hour visit to the workspace. Final visit duration is at the discretion of the provider. Other slipper models, materials, personalization/monogram embroidery, additional pairs, and/or accessories are not included, but may be requested prior to your visit at additional cost, to be determined by the provider upon request and depending on availability. Additional products may not be available on the day of visit, as additional inventory is not usually available (Sanax makes everything by order). We strongly advise requesting a visit for the number of products you would like, in order to ensure they are prepared for you. Additional slipper pairs, style changes, colors, and embellishments (like monogram embroidery) will be charged separately after booking is confirmed. Information on available add-ons can be provided after booking confirmation by Sanax. During your reservation request, select whether you would like to (A) place the order in advance of your visit to be completed and ready for pickup and adjustment, or (B) have a sizing and design session during your visit to have your slippers shipped to you when completed. For Design Sessions: Shipping may not be available to certain countries. Please indicate your shipping destination when making your request. The product price shown here DOES NOT include international shipping unless otherwise specified; international shipping may be charged separately; and any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. Japan consumption tax included. "Tax free" purchases are NOT supported. Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult. This experience is available by Reservation Request and is not confirmed immediately. The provider has up to 14 days to accept or decline your request. If the provider does not accept within 14 days, the request will automatically expire and be canceled. A 10% Bottlecap Platform Fee is added to the listed experience price. The Platform Fee helps cover payment-processing costs and fund Bottlecap initiatives that support Japan's craft artisans. Listed experience prices include applicable Japanese consumption tax. For requests made more than 90 days in advance, your payment method may be securely saved and charged later if the request is accepted. Once the experience is within approximately 88 days, payment will be attempted. For requests made within 90 days, payment may be collected upon or shortly after provider acceptance.
Seller's Cancellation/Refund Policy
More than 30 days before the experience: The experience price is refundable. The 10% Bottlecap Platform Fee is non-refundable. 30 days or less before the experience: The reservation is non-refundable. This policy helps protect providers who may incur material, workspace, staffing, or preparation costs in advance. If the provider cancels: Amounts paid, including the Platform Fee, will be refunded less any non-recoverable card-processing fees already incurred.
