Seller-side Fees: Bottlecap does not charge sellers (the providers of services) any fees or commissions, in support of its mission to provide additional marketing opportunities for Japan's experience providers and artisans at no cost. All prices are set by providers, not Bottlecap.

Customer-side Fees: Bottlecap charges customers (the buyers of services and products) a 10% "Platform Fee" on all purchases, which helps cover costs such as payment processing fees, as well as supports the continuation of its mission to support Japan's craft artisans.

Exchanges & Returns Policy: Bottlecap provides full refunds for cancellations made prior to the scheduled date of services, minus its platform fee (which is non-refundable, stated prior to making a transaction). After the agreed-to date of services has elapsed, customers must adhere to the refund policies of the actual service provider rather than through Bottlecap.

Delivery times: Services are provided by third-party providers, on the agreed-to date and time when making a booking.

Accepted payment methods: All available methods of payment via Stripe's integration with our platform, Sharetribe.

Payment period: Payment methods will be charged upon confirmation from service providers, which must occur within 6 days of the customer's initial request for booking. Charges are finalized no later than two days following the service date, if not on the same date as the service date.

Price: Prices vary based on each service and service provider. All prices are tax included, and additional service fees are displayed during checkout. Tax free purchases are not supported for international customers.
