Kazue is the founder of SASHIKO.LAB. She began teaching sashiko in New Zealand in 2017 and now she welcomes guests from around the world to my Kyoto atelier. Sashiko is Japanese folk embroidery rooted in tradition and practicality. She teachs the Hitome-zashi technique, helping you create beautiful patterns stitch by stitch. She offers a variety of online courses on sashiko and even offers videos on youtube. The prices vary based on complexity and lengths of the courses, she has taught many people from around the world and speaks Japanese and English.
