You can make mini-sized tatami mats that can be decorated with figurines and vases. You can choose your favorite pattern of articles to attach to the edge of the tatami to make your own original mini tatami (10cm long x 16cm wide x 20~30mm thick). Parents and children can also participate together. Please take this opportunity to experience the goodness of Tatami! Flow of experience 1) Tatami workshop tour Learn about materials and history of Tatami and Japanese culture. Learn about the production process of Tatami. 2) Selecting materials to be used for mini tatami Tatami-omote (tatami mat surface): From the original rush grass material, colorful paper and resin materials are also available. Tatami mat edges: You can choose from a variety of colorful tatami mat edges, from traditional patterns to modern designs. 3) Original mini tatami production experience Let’s make your own mini tatami with a tatami craftsman!
